Conditions for Return
Products can be returned within 14 days dalla data di ricezione dell’ordine.
To be eligible for return, the product must be not open, intact and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of open products o damaged due to improper use.
How to Make a Return

In the request, provide the numero dell’ordinea brief description of the reason for the return and, if possible, a product photos.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error on our side.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

We sent a wrong product than the one ordered.
